At Pimpernel, our philosophy is simple. We believe that winemaking begins in the vineyard and employ traditional viticultural practices to produce low yields of intensely flavoured fruit. In the winery, we embrace minimal intervention winemaking to produce elegant and individual wines that express our terroir.
