Pure fruit and tongue tingling acidity bring balance to this textural, full-bodied Chardonnay from a warmer year.
Mouthwatering notes of vanilla, biscuit and cream are layered across a backdrop of lemon juice, red apples and yellow peach. Fresh, linear acidity is balanced with concentrated fruit and flavours of sweet oak spice and savoury oatcake, and complements the palate’s soft, full texture. The finish is long and textural, with lingering apricot and peach. Generous and ready to drink now, this wine’s bold fruit and bright structure will only continue to harmonise with time in the bottle.
Serving Suggestion: Serve chilled, enjoy this wines evolution in the glass as it approaches room temperature
