End of Winter – 6 Pack

GSM 2016  An intensely coloured wine with a rich aroma showing bramble fruits, rose petals and ripe dark fruit. The palate is bright and succulent with plum and black cherry characters, subtle oak notes and a long finish. Drinks well with red meat, pork or pasta. Alcohol 14.6%.

SYRAH 2017  The addition of Viognier (3%) produces a purple hue and adds floral characters to the aroma. The palate is silky, fruit driven and elegant with fine tannins providing a clean finish. Excellent with beef, deli sausages or agedashi tofu. Alcohol 14.5%.

SHIRAZ 2017  The nose shows intense red fruit with subtle wood and mineral character. The fruit spectrum broadens in the mouth adding layers of darker fruit, cocoa and fine powdery tannin on a background of subtle French oak. Delicious with roast lamb, loin chops and mushroom dishes. Alcohol 14.5%.
