Drinking window: With this museum selection pack, these wines have been matured in our temperature controlled cellars and are all ready to enjoy. We recommend the wines be consumed over the next twelve months for maximal enjoyment, sequentially from the oldest wine.

Decanting advice: All these wines can be enjoyed without decanting. If decanting is desired for any but the 2013 vintage, we suggest to a short decant (30min) for the first half of the bottle, to allow the remaining wine in the bottle to evolve naturally. We advise against decanting the 2013 release.

Melbourne customers: We may be in contact with you before delivery to discuss courier arrangements for a specific date(s). We prefer to deliver this pack via courier to ensure the wines arrive in their best condition on the day that they leave the winery.
