Absolutely perfect ripening conditions allowed us to slowly, and very selectively, harvest our close-grown Syrah/Shiraz block over the course of almost 4 weeks. The Whole Bunch Shiraz 2017 represents the final harvest of the block and, as the name suggests, was fermented with whole bunches on stalks for ultimate power and intensity. Incredible now with decanting, or better still over the next 20 years.
