SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. Delivery Timeframe

All goods have an expected delivery time of 3 to 10 business days.

 

2. Minimum Quantity & Pricing

Minimum order quantity of 1 bottle for each order placed. All prices are GST inclusive in Australian dollars.

 

3. Delivery within Australia

Fastway courier carries out delivery in the following circumstances:

– When delivery is within Melbourne in accordance their designated metropolitan zone
– Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra & Central Coast
– Adelaide, Launceston & Hobart
– NSW/QLD cities indicated as Orange zones
– QLD & WA cities designated as Green zone

Any deliveries to P.O. box addresses, or that fall outside of Fastway designated areas will be delivered by Australia Post.

 

4. International Orders

We do not ship online order overseas. International Customers interested in making a purchase can contact us directly at info@pimpernelvineyards.com.au to arrange orders and delivery.

 

5. Returns

Pimpernel Vineyards accepts full responsibility that all goods ordered by the customer are in fit and proper condition.

Any wine not delivered in such condition will be accepted back by Pimpernel Vineyards, and replaced or substituted with wine of equal value. Alternatively Pimpernel Vineyards can refund purchases by crediting the customers’ account directly. This policy also covers wine damaged in transit. Customers can only request a refund within 7 days of purchase or replacement providing that the original order is returned in the condition it was received.

 

6. Risk and Title

Risk and title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the Delivery Address.
